- Audit of ICU admission practices from ED (also known as the NEAT audit) – 6 monthly reports by the ED registrar
- Audit of ICU discharge practices to the ward – 6 monthly reports by the registrar
- Oversight of the ICU procedural database and logbook - 3 monthly reports by the registrar
- Documentation audit - 3 monthly reports by the residents
