Seven divisions of which two are clinical –
They in turn are overseen by a Board of Directors, chaired by Bob Cameron, who are responsible for the organisation’s strategy. They cannot direct the operations of the hospital.
Each clinical division also has a Director of Nursing (DON) and a Business Manager (ours is Brian Jenner).

The Chief Medical Officer is Dr. Humsha Naidoo, who is responsible for clinical governance, including credentialing and medico-legal matters. The Deputy Chief Medical Officer is Dr. Casey Nottage.
Each department has a clinical director and a group of senior medical staff. The proportion of full-time versus fractional specialists varies across the departments.

- Cardiac surgery (thoracic surgeon available Monday and Tuesday and some weekends)
- Major trauma (BH is major regional trauma centre admitting large amounts of non-major trauma)
- Burns
- Neonatal ICU
- Paediatric ICU (Bendigo Health ICU has limited Paediatric ICU capacity, which includes: specific non-intubated critically ill children and intubated children > 14 years old)
- Spinal surgery
- Vascular surgery
- Neurology*
- Rheumatology*
- Dermatology*
- Upper GIT surgery (note: ERCP is available at Bendigo Health)
- Major interventional radiology **
